Registration Terms and Policies
Each registration includes a copy of the proceedings in electronic format.
Every individual attending the event must register separately.
Each accepted paper must be linked to one registered person. One-Day Special Rate cannot be used to cover papers. Any paper not linked to a registered person by May 13, 2026 , will be withdrawn. The Registrant who covers the fee for a paper must be the author or co-author of the registered paper.
Registration payments must be received by 14 May 2026 to receive the Early Bird registration rate. After that date, the higher registration rates will apply.
