Awards
Based on the proposals of the Session Chairs and review scores, the Conference Committee will decide on granting Excellent Paper Awards, Best Paper Awards, and Special Awards..
Up to three Excellent Paper Awards and one Best Paper Award will be granted to presenters falling in each of the following categories:
Oral papers – Young Scientist
Oral papers – Senior Scientist
Poster papers – Student
Poster papers – Non-student
One Special Award can be granted on the proposal of the Scientific Committee for outstanding results and presentation.
Eligibility for Excellent and Best Student Paper Award
The presenter must
1. be a student (B.Sc., M.Sc., or Ph.D.) at the full manuscript submission deadline January 15, 2026. A letter signed by the supervisor should be presented by the applicant.
2. be the presenter and the first author on the paper.
3. be in person at the award ceremony.
